Les histoires de Joe Rossano

Rasputin!!!, what's with you Jojo. Why bringing up the name of the Russian scoundrel, debauched religious charlatan, mad monk  Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin now? As if there aren't enough perverts in this world, one can't avoid read about them in most financial magazines and newspapers, and hear their names repeated often on the air

.

Rasputin among admirers, 1914

Do not worry ladies about this wandering debauched pilgrim, he's been in his grave now for 93 years, ( like they say in Arabic she be'e mowt) and no way he will rise again, or that his spirit will be chasing you

I simply was referring to these two fancy cabaret restaurants.  Favorites among the Wall Street executives, CEO of commercial banks, derivative traders, heads of  the SEC watchdog, Accounting firms, and all the other federal regulatory agencies protecting investors. I'm sure you'll agree with me that these trustworthy and stalwart financiers, outstanding citizens in their communities,  deserve a little R & R after putting a hard and long hours at the office. I apologize if I missed someone

I thought that perhaps it would alleviate some of your pain by knowing how and were your investments and lost retirement money is spent. BTW the Madoff table, the best table in the house, is the most sought after. And you'll be glad to know that patrons are treated like the Czar of Russia,

Rasputin Restaurant and Cabaret - Brooklyn, NYBrooklyn's most popular Russian Restaurant and  Nightclub at 2070 Coney Island Avenue, a thirty minute subway or car ride from Manhattan . Moscow in Brooklyn is close enough to visit more often than Moscow in Russia baby .

Rasputin Restaurant and Cabaret is all about providing a lavish and extravagant French-Russian dining experience, complete with dancing and a cabaret show. Rasputin Restaurant has been one of Brooklyn's most sought-after destinations for 16 years.
The menu offers meals fit for a tzar, and the over-the-top cabaret performances are inspired by famous Parisian cabarets like Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse.
"During these tough economic times, people are cutting back on expenses such as European vacations but are still looking for unique experiences that are closer to home. Those who are still craving for cultural experience are spending their weekends at Rasputin, feasting on delicacies such as blinis and caviar as well as seafood dishes such as eel, salmon, lobster and filet mignon and succulent lamb chops.
"Additionally, the night also is packaged with a 40-minute cabaret show and a live band - for $200 per couple. So it's a night filled with fabulous food and live entertainment, rather than just a typical restaurant experience. Rasputin is attracting more restaurant-goers because they are getting more creative when it comes to planning a night out
